Banquet / Reception Packages

The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium offers a truly unique setting for your special event. Delight your guests under the romantically-lit Garden Tent, treat them to one-of-a-kind scenery in the PPG Aquarium, or create breathtaking memories with our polar bears in the underwater tunnels of Water's Edge. All of our selections offer convenient packages to make your banquet or reception the most memorable event of your life.

To make your planning easier, we designed these packages that include almost everything:

• Facility rental (PPG Aquarium, Water's Edge, or Garden Tent)   
• Shuttle service for your guests from the Zoo entrance to the PPG Aquarium, or Water's Edge and back at the end of the night
• Food and beverages (not including alcohol; client provides all alcoholic beverages)
• Bar service--bartenders, bar set-up, mixers, soda, bottled water, tea, and coffee
• All other rentals such as tables, chairs, linens, silverware, plates, glasses, etc.
• Taxes and gratuity
