Steelers Pep Rally

BRETT KEISEL AND HEATH MILLER LEAD ZOO ELEPHANTS  IN BLACK N’ GOLD PEP RALLY

(Pittsburgh) (September 2011)—The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium’s will go wild with Steelers pride on Saturday.

Steelers star Brett Keisel and Heather Miller will be on hand for a Steelers pep rally, and they’ll be joined by a few 15,000 pound African elephants (did you know that a single adult elephant weighs more than the entire 52-man Steelers roster?).

While the Steelers and KISS 96.1’s Tall Cathy pump up the crowd, the elephants will demonstrate their football agility and Terrible Towel-waving skills.

Be at the Zoo admission gates by 10:30 a.m. Saturday, to receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win one of five autographed footballs, five autographed Steelers hats, and a photo opportunity with Brett, Heath, and a Zoo elephant!

To warm up the crowd, our orangutans, sea lions, and gorillas will be showing off their Steelers pride beginning at 10:30 a.m.
