Keeper Interactions

For students in grades 9-12 only

Tour animal areas and chat with Zoo staff about the work they love! High school students can choose one or more interactions based on interest; sign up below for each interaction individually.

Keeper Interactions are generally held the first Tuesday of the month from October through April and tour a specific area. Price includes general admission and a tour. Space is limited for this exclusive opportunity.

Please note that due to the large number of requests and availability, we are not able to schedule individual job shadowing experiences. Parents are not permitted to attend with their children but are welcome to tour the Zoo on their own during the program. Parents should expect to pay the gate rate or use their Membership card for admission.

Masks are required for all program participants.

Dates for the 2022-2023 school year will be posted during summer.
