Free admission: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (gates close at 4 p.m.)

From the echoing call of a swinging siamang to the playful splash of a California sea lion, experience it all for free!

The Zoo will be free to all guests on Sunday, October 6 as part of RADical Days, a 25-day celebration featuring free events, performances, and admission to organizations funded by the Allegheny Regional Asset District.

RAD Day activities include:

10 a.m. to noon Kids activities and giveaways with Chamber Music Pittsburgh. Located in Water’s Edge venue.

Noon to 1 p.m. Performance by the River City Brass Quintet, an all-brass ensemble playing an eclectic mix of jazz, rock, classical, and Broadway tunes. Located in PNC Pavilion.

Please expect traffic congestion and large crowds on this day.
