Personal Earnings Statement
Log in to the ADP web portal to view your online personal earning statements.
Orientation
All documents are required before entering orientation class. If you have one missing item you must reschedule your orientation, no exceptions.
Employees must bring:
- Clear background check
- Child abuse history clearance (if you are working directly with children)
- Negative TB test (proof of your results is required on your orientation day)
- School work permit
- Two forms of proper ID
- Driver’s license or photo student ID
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- or Valid passport
- Voided personal check is needed if you want direct deposit
- Pay-stub from previous employer or proof of paid $52 EMS tax
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
Interns must bring:
- Money order of $10 for PA background check (cost for out-of-state check varies)
- Child abuse history clearance (if you are working directly with children)
