African Inspired Dinner

You are cordially invited to an African-themed dinner under the stars, inspired by the residents of the International Conservation Center! After a cocktail hour at the Lodge, you will be transported past the elephants to the outdoor dining area. This tantalizing sub-Saharan meal will be prepared by Somerset chef Susan Kroft, owner of The Fat Squirrel restaurant and The Chubby Chipmunk café, and paired with wine from Vin De Matrix, a local family-owned winery.
