About the presenter: Martha O’Grady is an experienced guide and master naturalist who enjoys fostering holistic connections with our living, breathing planet. In addition to offering shinrin-roku, Martha facilitates meditation experiences and Deep Time Walks. She has trained with Thich Nhat Hanh and the School of Lost Borders.
