- Daytime rentals, between 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Client is required to pay for all guests’ daytime Zoo admission at the event year’s discounted group rate
- Evening rentals, between 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- All noise must cease by 11 p.m. to comply with the sound ordinance in Pittsburgh

Rental Includes:
- Four-hour rental of Garden Tent
- Additional hour available for $500
- Patio area outside of tent included for evening rentals only
- Free guest parking in Zoo’s main lot
- Guests must walk to the venue
- Tent up-lighting and bistro lights
- All tables and white chairs to match guest count
- Restroom access in the Education Complex
- Complimentary wedding party suite included in wedding rentals only
- Available only during event’s contracted rental time
- Wedding party suite is not for getting ready
- A dedicated team to assist with day-of:
- Set up & tear down
- Vendor logistics & coordination
- Day-of event execution

- Floor plan design
- Timeline creation
- Decor coordination

- Wedding clients will receive a detailed planning session with the Private Events Manager and Catering Operations Director covering the following topics and more:
- Catering menu
- Linen color selections
- Floor plan design
- Timeline creation
- Decor coordination
- Ceremony details (if applicable)
- Animal visits (if applicable)
