WHEN: Friday, September 20, from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

WHERE: Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium, 7370 Baker Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15206

WHY: This fundraising event will benefit the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of endangered and threatened species.

Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium to supply:

• One (1) eight-foot table for each station
• Cups – each guest will receive one commemorative sampling cup to use during the event
• Signage – each exhibitor to receive one (1) 8×11 sign including their preferred logo

Participating winery to supply:

• Service from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Sample pours of a variety of your wines, ~600 guests expected in attendance.
• Up to four (4) staff members to work your booth. Staff must be 21 and present valid ID at check in.
• Completed Winery Registration Form submitted before September 3, 2024.
  A cancellation fee of $500 will be applied if a vendor cancels after September 10, 2024.
