The butterflies are back! I Spy a Butterfly, our immersive greenhouse for free-flying butterflies will again surround guests with the colors and quiet beauty of these winged wonders through September 1.

The Zoo’s iconic carousel is set to spin daily. Can you imagine any better way to spend a summer afternoon than going around in circles with some of the Zoo’s most beloved residents of the present and past?

Speaking of the past, guests can also dabble in a little time travel, turning the clock back millions of years to the frozen world of Ice Age: Frozen in Time. Encounter some of the largest mammals to ever trod the Earth, including mammoths, mastodons, massive ground sloths, and more! See them through September 1 – when the summer is over, these amazing animatronics animals will become extinct once more.
