RAD Pass Information

The RAD Pass provides Allegheny County library card holders ages 18 and up with access to reservations where they can receive free or discounted passes to cultural attractions in our region.

  • The program will run May 15 – August 31, 2024 and is valid for daytime general admission operating hours only. Reservations for RAD Pass are not valid for special events and will not be available on June 21, 2024.
  • The Zoo will offer reservations for up to 60 passes per day, which will admit a limit of 4 guests per pass. Additional visitors will need to purchase admission.

Starting May 1, RAD will release daily pass reservations for May 15-June 15. Zoo offers will be replenished daily until all passes for these dates are booked.

  • New passes are posted daily. Please note that the message on radpass.org of “New passes available monthly” is auto-generated by RAD Pass’ third-party system and is unable to be changed at this time.
  • Passes for the Zoo remain available and new passes will be posted for reservation daily. Please continue to check radpass.org to reserve your Zoo pass.

Further additional passes will be available for reservation on the following dates:

  • Passes for June 16-July 31 will be available on June 1.
  • Passes for August 1-August 31 will be available on July 1.

Additional information:

  • Passes will be reserved through the RAD Pass system. Only valid reservations secured via the RAD Pass program will be eligible for redemption.
