mother’s day celebration

Thanks, Mom! Enjoy a day at the Zoo with the whole family; mothers of all generations receive free entry when accompanied by their children.

As one of our most popular days of the year, please expect high crowds as families celebrate at the Zoo.

We encourage guests to purchase their tickets online in advance to reduce wait times at the admission gates. Mothers accompanied by their children do not need to purchase tickets for this day.

Due to expected high attendance and traffic, gates will close early at 3:30 p.m. to allow admitted guests ample time to experience the park. Zoo grounds will remain open through 5:30 p.m. as usual.

The tram will not operate on Mother’s Day.
